Twice Broken rice
Twice Broken Rice is a unique form of rice that has been broken during the harvesting and cleaning process, resulting in grains with a distinct flavor and texture. It’s milder, more fragrant, and has gained popularity in many countries, accompanying traditional dishes. Rice, being an excellent source of complex carbohydrates, serves as the body’s main source of energy.
