A crepe maker
1/2 l whole milk
140 g corn flour
10 g cornstarch
50 g light sugar
50 g melted butter
1 C. Grand Marnier or Rum
1 pinch Sea gray salt
In a large bowl, pour the flour and starch, sugar, salt, vanilla. Mix quickly with a whisk.
Add the eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix with the whisk until the dough is beautiful.
Let sit for 30 minutes to a few hours.
Grease a griddle. When the pan is hot, pour a small ladle of dough, distribute it by tilting the pan in all directions.
Cook the time to brown one side, turn the pancake over and cook the other side for a few moments.
Repeat until there is no more dough and a nice pile of golden pancakes!
