In the event of absence or vacation, Marché Afritibi will contact the customer to define a later delivery date.
Delivery Fees
Marché Afritibi is an online grocery store and does not have a civic retail address. No pickups are allowed at our warehouse. Products ordered through the Site or by phone will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.
All orders must be fully paid for before delivery. In fact, the payment must be received before the delivery to the customer. A flat fee of five (5) dollars + tax will be applied to any order delivered to an address within the limits of the City of Val-d’Or.
Deliveries outside the City of Val-d’Or will be handled by our transport providers such as Livraison Parco, Distribution Olivier Doyon, Expedi-bus (Autobus Maheux). In this case, it is possible to pay the delivery fees (only, not the order) in cash directly to the carrier, i.e., C.O.D. “Cash On Delivery.”
Marché Afritibi strives to offer a pleasant experience to its customers from the moment the order is placed to the delivery of the goods. However, Marché Afritibi cannot be held responsible for any damage, delay, or prejudice incurred during the transportation of goods to the specified address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address (civic number, apartment number, location of the front door) and a valid phone number to effectively coordinate the delivery process.
Marché Afritibi encourages you to report any disrespectful and/or inappropriate behavior by our transport providers via our contact form.
