Ingredients for Steamed Sheeped Mutton Head Recipe
1 sheep’s head
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
parsley and coriander
2 carrots, 2 potatoes
salt, pepper, cumin
Preparation
After a long process of cleaning the head (on fire, scrape the hairs, wash with soap…) !!! we cut the head in 2.
Place the meat in a couscous maker (steam cooking) with onions cut in 2, whole garlic, sprig of parsley and coriander, carrots, potatoes, salt.
Serve very hot with a starter of your choice.
Cut a piece and eat it with salt and cumin.
