INGREDIENTS
\n1\/2 l whole milk
\n140 g corn flour
\n10 g cornstarch
\n5 eggs
\n50 g light sugar
\n50 g melted butter
\n1 C. Grand Marnier or Rum
\nVanilla QS
\n1 pinch Sea gray salt
\nINSTRUCTIONS
\nIn a large bowl, pour the flour and starch, sugar, salt, vanilla. Mix quickly with a whisk.
\nAdd the eggs, milk and melted butter. Mix with the whisk until the dough is beautiful.
\nLet sit for 30 minutes to a few hours.
\nGrease a griddle. When the pan is hot, pour a small ladle of dough, distribute it by tilting the pan in all directions.
\nCook the time to brown one side, turn the pancake over and cook the other side for a few moments.
\nRepeat until there is no more dough and a nice pile of golden pancakes!<\/p>\n
