This website, whose address is https:\/\/afritibi.com<\/a> (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), is offered to you by March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/em>, located in Val-d’Or, Quebec, hereinafter referred to as “March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/em><\/strong>“. The Site is intended to present and promote high-quality exotic products to the residents of Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue. By accessing the Site, you accept without restriction or reservation these general terms of use of the Site, which you can consult online.<\/p>\n

Site Content<\/h1>\n

March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/em><\/strong> provides the information available on the Site for informational purposes only. The information available on the Site has been collected with the utmost care. March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> strives to ensure that the information provided is reliable, comprehensive, relevant, and compliant with current regulations, but makes no guarantees in this regard.<\/p>\n

The update of our inventory and the availability of products may be subject to delays of a few days, or even weeks in some cases. March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/em><\/strong> will do everything possible to meet customer demand as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

Access to the Site and the use of its content are at the user’s own risk.<\/p>\n

Placing and Paying for an Order<\/h1>\n

Choose the desired products and click “Add to Cart”. Once the selection is complete, go to the “Cart” tab, enter your information, and click “Place Order”.<\/p>\n

Allow twenty-four (24) hours for your order to be processed in order to validate available quantities and delivery method. Available payment methods vary depending on the delivery address:<\/p>\n

  • For deliveries within the limits of the City of Val-d’Or<\/strong>: payment can be made by credit card directly on the website, in cash at the time of delivery, or by Interac e-transfer to the email address payables@afritibi.com<\/em>. Please follow the instructions provided for the Interac e-transfer at the time of your order<\/span><\/em><\/strong>. If the customer uses a different password, they must communicate it to us as soon as possible to avoid delays in the preparation of their order.<\/li>\n
  • For deliveries outside the limits of the City of Val-d’Or<\/strong>: payment can be made by credit card directly on the website, or by Interac e-transfer to the email address payables@afritibi.com<\/em>. Please follow the instructions provided for the Interac e-transfer at the time of your order<\/span><\/em><\/strong>. If the customer uses a different password, they must communicate it to us as soon as possible to avoid delaying their delivery date. Please note that the transfer must be fully cashed before the goods are handed over to the carrier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Credit card payments are now accepted via the “Square Up” provider<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

    Additionally, it is possible to pay by direct deposit into our RBC account, or by money order or wire transfer through Western Union or Moneygram. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please call us before proceeding with these payment methods.<\/p>\n

    In the event of absence or vacation, March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/em><\/strong> will contact the customer to define a later delivery date.<\/p>\n

    \"SquareUp\"\"creditPayment\"<\/p>\n

    Delivery Fees<\/h1>\n

    March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> is an online grocery store and does not have a civic retail address. No pickups are allowed at our warehouse<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.<\/span> Products ordered through the Site or by phone will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    All orders must be fully paid for before delivery. In fact, the payment must be received before the delivery to the customer. A flat fee of five (5) dollars + tax will be applied to any order delivered to an address within the limits of the City of Val-d’Or.<\/p>\n

    Deliveries outside the City of Val-d’Or will be handled by our transport providers such as Livraison Parco, Distribution Olivier Doyon, Expedi-bus (Autobus Maheux). In this case, it is possible to pay the delivery fees (only, not the order) in cash directly to the carrier, i.e., C.O.D. “Cash On Delivery.”<\/p>\n

    March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/em><\/strong> strives to offer a pleasant experience to its customers from the moment the order is placed to the delivery of the goods. However, March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> cannot be held responsible for any damage, delay, or prejudice incurred during the transportation of goods to the specified address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address (civic number, apartment number, location of the front door) and a valid phone number to effectively coordinate the delivery process.<\/p>\n

    March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/em><\/strong> encourages you to report any disrespectful and\/or inappropriate behavior by our transport providers via our contact form.<\/p>\n

    Return Policy<\/h1>\n

    March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> accepts product returns within five (5) days following the delivery date of the product provided that:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • The returns are made within five (5) days following the purchase date shown on the invoice;<\/li>\n
    • The product and its packaging are intact, undamaged;<\/li>\n
    • A copy of the original invoice is presented to March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> as proof of purchase and date;<\/li>\n
    • The returned products are not excluded from the list of returnable products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Exclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Due to food hygiene and safety regulations, March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> excludes certain products from its return policy. The excluded products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. The excluded products are:<\/p>\n

      1. March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> gift cards (they are neither refundable nor redeemable);<\/li>\n
      2. Fresh or frozen products: e.g., fish, meat, fresh or frozen vegetables;<\/li>\n
      3. Products that, at the time of retail sale, are cut, measured, weighed, or otherwise modified: e.g., raw peanuts;<\/li>\n
      4. Special orders;<\/li>\n
      5. Clearance or final sale products;<\/li>\n
      6. Transportation and delivery fees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> must take possession of the merchandise before issuing a refund. The shipping costs for the returned product are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for the return address<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n

        Please note that in the event of a return of merchandise paid by credit card, a 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount<\/strong><\/em><\/span>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

        Special Orders<\/h1>\n

        It is possible to order products not offered for regular sale on the Site. A non-refundable<\/strong><\/em> deposit representing 25% of the order value is required at the time of the order. Special orders are neither returnable, exchangeable, nor refundable.<\/p>\n

        Limitation of Liability<\/h1>\n

        March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> strives to ensure the accuracy and update of the information provided on the Site. March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> reserves the right to correct the content of the Site at any time without prior notice. However, March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, update, or completeness of the information made available on the Site.<\/p>\n

        As a result, and except for direct damages resulting from gross or intentional misconduct by March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em>, the site user acknowledges that they use the information on the Site at their own risk, and March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> disclaims any liability for:<\/p>\n

By posting content on our media platforms, the user grants March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em> a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in whole or in part, adapt, publish, sell, and distribute the content and create derivative works or incorporate it into any form, media, or technology worldwide, without compensation to you and without citing the source.<\/p>\n

            The user acknowledges that they are responsible for any content they post on the Site and on social media. This means that the user, not March\u00e9 Afritibi<\/strong><\/em>, is fully responsible for the content they post, including its relevance, legality, originality, reliability, and related copyright.
