Guava Pulp
What are the benefits of guava?
Guava is a tropical fruit shaped like a small pear, native to Central America but now grown in several other countries. Its tender and juicy flesh, which can be red, pink, or white, is sprinkled with small seeds. Guava is light and rich in minerals, providing a good amount of calcium, magnesium, iron, and potassium, which confers diuretic virtues.
Frozen Passion Fruit Pulp
What are the benefits of passion fruit?
Passion fruit, also called grenadilla, is a small tropical berry the size of an egg. Its fragrant flesh contains many small black seeds that are a very good source of dietary fiber. Passion fruit provides carotene, vitamin C, minerals, and fiber. While fragile and not very resistant to cooking, passion fruit lends itself well to creative culinary uses.
Corossol Fruit Pulp
Benefits of Corossol: natural anti-cancer
Corossol, also known as graviola, guanabana, or soursop, comes from the Annona muricata tree, which grows in Africa, America, and Asia. Its green, thorny skin encases white, pulpy flesh with indigestible black seeds. Corossol is 80% water and contains B vitamins, vitamin C, carbohydrates, proteins, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, and copper. It has a very pleasant, slightly sweet taste and can be eaten as a fruit or used in cooking. Soursop has been used medically for centuries in the Caribbean, South America, and Africa, and its effectiveness in treating certain types of cancer is mentioned in several sources but not unanimously accepted by scientists.
