What is sea bream ?
Sea bream is a sea fish that lives and breeds near the coast. When spelled “sea bream”, refers to one of the families of this fish: the sea bream (it is also the most popular). Sea bream is a fish in the sparid family (bony fish), comprising 38 different genera. Stocky, it has the distinction of having an oval body with flattened blanks but a large head. Its scales are large with golden reflections depending on the species.
The sea bream is a silvery, slightly bluish scale fish with a golden spot on the head. It is a lean fish with a very fragrant white flesh and which can be prepared in a multitude of ways. Sea bream is a fish that supports freezing very well. It is enough to empty it and remove the scales and place it in a suitable bag. In this way, sea bream can be kept for 3 to 6 months without losing its flavor.
