Dried verbena
Verbena and health: Dried verbena, nicknamed “sacred herb”, “enchantment herb”, or witch herb, is mainly recommended in the treatment of digestive problems:

To relieve your digestive problems, drink an infusion of verbena.
Verbena in the kitchen: Mix the lemon verbena leaves with salt or sugar. Lemon verbena gives a delicious flavor to compotes.

Dab at least 5 times a day on the affected areas with a cotton swab soaked with a decoction of verbena leaves
Verbena as a calming lotion: Verbena is a softening and healing plant. It will calm skin irritations: body and face. Dab the irritated areas of the body with a cotton ball soaked in verbena infusion. And replace your usual lotion with this infusion. Keep this lotion in a closed bottle for three days in the refrigerator.
